Q: If I make a mistake on my order, how can I fix it?

Items are customized based on the information you give us on the product page (where you will then proof as you type at checkout) or on your in-house order form. That information is then added into your layout and sent to you for proofing. By definition, a proof is "a preliminary version of a printed piece, intended to show how the final piece will appear". Proofs are used to view the content, color and design elements before committing the piece for printing. Human error happens - we are all human after all! So, please proof your proofs CAREFULLY. Mistakes can be made by either party in this process. After the printer’s proof is approved, the next stage is going to print. Any mistakes not caught on the final proof, that is approved for printing, is the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer only.

If 1-2 hours have passed after you have approved your proof, there may be a chance we can change your order before it is printed, however we cannot make any promises. Call our store at (423) 886-1797 if you need assistance. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. When can I expect my order?

Most orders typically take 48 hours to process. If you're local to Signal Mountain and the surrounding areas and choose pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 2-3 business days. If we are shipping your order, 4-6 business days will be added to processing time. 

Processing and shipping times may increase during seasonal months, especially during November and December. 

Q. Can you create custom orders if I don't find what I'm looking for on your page?

Q. Can I visit the store to meet with you regarding my upcoming project or event?

Definitely! We only require appointments for wedding invitation orders. Any other event, stationery or project inquiry, drop by our store! We would love to see you!

Q. Can I change colors on an invitation I like on the website?

In short, yes. However, your processing time may change since we will have to manually change colors to match your needs. You'll also be subject to an additional "custom" charge for this service.

Q. What if I need to add a matching insert for my event?

Needing an insert that matches your invitation set? No problem. Visit our Add-Ons section in the shop and purchase the size and amount you need and include the information that needs to be added.

Q. How can I setup a wedding consultation?

Visit our calendar here to schedule a time to meet with Britt, owner and designer at Webbco. If times listed on our site don't match your needs, please call our store at 423-886-1797 to discuss other available options.

Q. What should I expect from my first consultation?

Your first consultation will probably only take about 45 minutes. Typically, we will ask you to bring some inspiration with you - invitations you have seen on Pinterest, colors you intend to use and themes you may be going after.
